Please contact your local American Red Cross to help the people of lake county still rebuilding after the devastating Valley Fire. We are no longer accepting donations.

We want to give our sincerest thanks to everyone who donated. The way our community has come together to help those affected by the fire is an amazing display of truly caring for others. We’ve had so many people give whatever they could with no expectation of credit in return for the work they’ve done. your heartfelt giving is an inspiration to us all!

Thank You!!!

September 12th, 2015 may have seemed like any other ordinary day for most, but for residents in Northern California it became the day known as one of the worst fires on record known as the Valley Fire.

The Butte fire was already burning with a total of 503 houses gone.

The Valley Fire has done it’s damage to our friends in Lake County and some of them customers of Pisces Productions.

74,500 acres (116 sq miles) to date with 585 houses destroyed with a 50% containment a week later. Record breaking heat is back on schedule for the week of Septemebr 21st.

 (UPDATE 9/30/15 – 1206 Homes Lost / 76067 Acres Burned / 97% Contained)

Many have given in their own way, donations or money to help in any way but many feel helpless not knowing how to help. We encourage to still give to Redwood Food Bank, American Red Cross or other places, but Pisces has now decided to start a donation outlet entitled A Night to Remember.

Middle Town High School was spared, however their football team lost all their equipment and was unable to play in their homecoming game on September 18th.

Their rival school, El Molino high school held a fundraiser and collected $10,000 to buy them new equipment.

Their dance was postponed but will happen in the near future. Many of us remember our school dances and remember what it was like to get ready. A Cinderella feeling at best.

UPDATE: Homecoming Dance will take place November 7th.

Since over 100 families have been displaced and out of these families there are approx 50 high school girls, their hopes for a dance dwindled. We have decided to reach out to the community and ask for the following to help these girls have A Night to Remember.

We have been working with the Middle Town High School Booster Chair person and are pleased the dance will happen (date not figured out yet) so we are asking for your help. The following items will be accepted and can be sent to Pisces Productions or dropped off:

  • Dance Dress (Any Size, on hangers if possible)
  • Evening Shoes
  • Evening bags
  • New Make-up (can not accept make up not in original package)
  • Volunteers to do Hair
  • Gift Cards for local places to get Tuxedo’s for the boys
  • Gift Cards for local flower shops for corsages and boutonnières
  • (Items should be New/Like new condition please)

We have collected 32 Dresses so far, Thank you!! We still need more choices for the girls so they can find the dress that fits them just right.

Let’s give them “A Night to Remember”
